The Organization

A little bit about the Organization.
They started about the same time that the Puppetmaster began to put good Puppets into the world. They stole some of the Puppetmaster's notes and used his designs to create their own Puppets for their purposes. So a few of the good Puppets actually have an evil "twin" serving the Organization. Even though the evil Puppets are already under their control, they still torture them to make sure the Puppets will still fear them. Many of the Puppets they send out to do tasks are young, since they are flexible, seem innocent and easy to bend to their will. The Organization keeps in touch with the Puppets they send out using some sort of amulet. It works like a walkie-talkie and a tracking device, which allows the Organization to communicate and keep an eye on the Puppet.
Also, they kidnap good Puppets and turn them evil using some wicked devices. They kidnap them usually by sending out people pretending to look for Puppets, or by offering the desperate Puppets a better life. (So that's what's happening to Annik.)

So in the story, there are a few main Organization people and Puppets we meet. There is the mysterious "Head" of the Organization, whom only a few have ever seen. Kara Violet Hikari is one of the other leaders of the Organization. She seems trustworthy, but only when it's too late will she show her true colours.
Piko is one of the many Puppets to be sent out to stop the five main characters from reaching their destination. She's actually only about 8, and her age is what makes her look innocent. A few things happen though that starts to make it harder for her to kill the group.
Another evil Puppet, Renita, is also trying to stop the Puppets, though she's much more ruthless. She's 19 years old, and hardened by all of the torture and agony she's been through. She'll stop for nothing to get what her masters want.

The Organization has an allure of power that helps it gain many more followers, so the Organization keeps on growing and growing in size and force.
